Covenants
All homeowners should be familiar with the HOA covenants and amendments.
The Covenants of Rivoli Downs are designed to preserve our neighborhood’s safety, appearance, quality of life, and property value.
Note: Rivoli Downs has one HOA board which serves the entire neighborhood and all the lakes.
Item 6 in the 2010 amendments eliminates original covenant Articles IV, V, VI, and all references to Lakes 1, 3, and 4 Lake Lot Owners Associations which no longer exist.

The Approved Covenant Changes are updates to the original Covenants, which have been voted upon and accepted by a majority of the Rivoli Downs homeowners.

The Application for Design Review Form must be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to any non-seasonal modification to a Rivoli Downs property that will change the appearance in any way.
This form may be emailed to a member of the Architectural Control Committee or mailed to the address shown on the form. Contact an Architectural Control Committee Member if you have any questions as to whether your potential project requires approval.

- Attorney’s contact information
Your closing attorney must also email the treasurer to verify payment of HOA dues and absence of lien.
Be sure to email a board member with your contact information if you are moving out of your home but have not yet sold it.
HOA Dues:
RDHOA dues statements are sent to each property owner every February 1st and are due upon receipt. Dues are late after April 1st. Please contact the board if you have any questions regarding homeowner dues.
